About AWSDC (Afghan Women’s Skill development center):
The Afghan Women Skills Development Center (AWSDC) is a national non-governmental organization (NGO), based in Kabul and dedicated to the promotion and protection of the rights of women in Afghanistan. It was founded in 1999 in Pakistan with a mission to provide Afghan women refugees with training and support for their skills development and economic empowerment and participation of women in peace building process. AWSDC works in several provinces of Afghanistan.
Project Brief
The purpose of the position to support the implementation of AWSDC Peacebuilding Project in Samanagan Province. The key role of the position is to plan, implement and supervise the overall project activities of Peacebuilding project according to the agreed plan and budget in Samangan Province. The project manager will supervise and oversight the performance of Peacebuilding facilitators, social organizers, admin/finance officer and support staff in the province. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for quality implementation of project, admin and financial management of the project. The followings are the detailed Job Description
