About Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge (JACK):

The perception for the formation of the non-governmental organizations in Afghanistan indeed, was a most welcome move, especially under conditions that Afghanistan was engulfed with the most severe war and the country was experiencing a difficult era due to internal instability. To render possible assistance to those in need inside the country and to mitigate the sufferings of the displaced Afghans in the neighboring countries, some Afghan NGOs were established and with the direct support of the donor agencies they have done a good job in assisting the needy ones since their inception. Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge (JACK) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization (Afghan National NGO), created at the initiative of a group of Afghan Professionals in 2001. Since its establishment it has been involved in the implementation of different projects in different provinces and areas all over the country, serving the most entitled populations. JACK, since its establishment, has been operating in full coordination and collaboration with the communities, government institutions, NGOs and other stakeholders in order to offer services to the people in the most qualitative level. JACK strives to save lives, to promote human dignity and to expose and confront oppression. JACK provides assistance to refugees, victims of disaster, disabled people, marginalized group of women, children and men, and others who suffer and are in need of relief assistance regardless of race, nationality, religion, political affiliations, region and language.

بازدید از محل های پروژه و تهیه گذارش در مورد اینکه آیا به ترمیم نیاز است یا خیر و گذارش دادن آن به مسول اداری مدیر پروژه و آمر کلینیک
طبقه بندی و تهیه پلان ترمیماتی پروژه با نظر داشت توصیه های مسول اداری و مدیر پروژه و تطبیق آن به اساس همین پلان
شناسایی کارمندان با استعداد و پیشنهاد کردن آنها به مسول اداری و مدیر پروژه جهت استخدام آنها برای ترمیمات
نظارت بر کاریگر های بخش ترمیمات محل پروژه و مدیریت زمانبندی آن برای تکمیل ترمیمات در اسرع وقت
راهنمای کردن انداختن کانکریت و نظارت از نحو هموار کردن آن روی سطح توسط ابزار ساختمانی
ترمیم ناحیه های تخریب شده ساختمان، نصب کردن و جابجا کردن میله های تقویتی
مطمن شدن از پوشیدن لباس های محافظتی شخصی توسط کاریگر ها برای کار های شاقه و برش کردن اجناس تعمیراتی
مهارت در ترمیم سیستم نل دوانی و سیستم برق
ایجاد دستگاه انسنراتور (زباله سوز) در هماهنگی با تیم صحی
گذارش دهی شفاهی و کتبی بهمسول اداری مدیر پروژه و آمر کلینیک از پیشرفت و کیفیت کار های ساختمانی و ترمیماتی

Job Requirements:

تحصیلات: فارغ التحصیل مکتب و داشتن مهارت های مسلکی در بخش ساختمانی
دو تا سه سال تجربه در بخش های مربوطه
توانایی خواندن تقشه و ترمیمات یک تعمیر
توانایی برای تشخیص دادن ابزار های با کیفیت تعمیراتی

قابلیت اجرای وظیفه در شرایط تحت فشار و رسیدن به هدف قبل از ضرب العجل ها
بازدید از محل های پروژه به صورت متداوم
آشنایی کامل با زبان های پشتو و دری
توانای رفتن به ساحات نا امن و ساحات دوردست

توانای کار کردن با ابزار نل دوانی برق و آله قطع کننده کانکریت، توانایی کار کردن در بلندی ها به شمول خوازه و توانای انتقال ابزار و اجناس در جریان کار های ساختمانی
