Communicate training strategies, initiatives and develop agricultural trainings materials as well test and review created materials
Develop the training manual
Train targeted beneficiaries particularly, farmer in term of agricultural training
Provide report of agricultural training and participant attendance sheet.
To lead preparations/planning, design, implementation and monitoring of all training, activities and when needed assist in newsletter, radio program, attend coordination meetings with other stakeholders and monitoring. 
Assist in documentation of project documentations and keep records of all activities of the project.
Support, advice, makes recommendations at project and field levels.
Organize and attend coordination meeting with human rights education stakeholders and represent ANCC.
Support all training events from the start to end including advocacy for trainings’ importance, invitation of beneficiaries, training schedules, objectives, action plans and certificates and follow up.
Plan, organize and implement newsletter in participatory way especially with students and officials. 
Support staff in capacity building activities and initiatives to increase their level of ability to help in quality project implementation.
Meet groups of beneficiaries on project progress in the field and solve the local problems and guide staff based on project goals and objectives. 
Encourage participation, mobilize communities and beneficiaries to the possible point and spirited. 
Promote/encourage/boost staff morale to be able to work in difficult situations to properly monitor projects and keep the quality based project works.
Capacity building of CDCs and Cluster CDCs and their thematic male and female (or gender-combined) sub-committees to work as whole-of-government platforms. Key training topics will include their Roles and Responsibilities, Linkages with key Development Actors (GO, Private Sector, and NGOs), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Grievances, Score Cards, as well as capacity building of the CPM Committee (social audits, monitoring).

Background

About ANCC:

Afghanistan National Re-Construction Co-ordination (ANCC) is professionally managed committed Afghan, nongovernmental, non-political and nonprofit development oriented organization. It was established in 1994 to meet the dire needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and internally displaced families at the time of civil war and factional fighting followed by Soviet Union’s invasion of the country and troops withdrawal in early 1990’s. Earlier it was registered with UN coordination body for Afghanistan in Pakistan. Presently, ANCC is registered with Ministry of Economy under registration number 117. Its main area of work is community development with participatory approaches.

ANCC head office is located in Kabul with a regional office in Kandahar. For successful outreach and effective implementation of projects in target areas it has provincial offices in Tarin Kot city of Uruzgan, Zaranj city of Nimroz, Qalat city of Zabul, Lashkergah city of Helmand, Farah city and branch offices in districts of Nimroz, Uruzgan, Helmand, Farah, Zabul and Kandahar. ANCC has experienced staff that is all well versed with local areas, their cultures and social norms with strong community relations, including tribal elders, Shuras and government authorities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Master/Bachelor Degree in Agriculture
At least 4 Years’ experience in Agriculture and extension activities.
Proficiency in English, Pashto and Persian languages is highly essential, [i.e., reading, writing and speaking]
Should have the capability and reasonable experience of Training arrangement, report writing in English, Pashto and Persian languages.
Highly objective, dependable, emotionally mature, sociable and communicative with good verbal and written communications skills.
Must possess good interpersonal, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Patient and with good understanding of humanitarian and development work.
Hardworking and able to work with people from different backgrounds.
Honest and accountable.
Flexible and can work under pressure.
Good Control and supervisory skills
Ability to handle insecure environment.
