Sweden needs skilled engineers! About 30 000 of them by 2030 to be precise, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden, and we need to expand our company with Automotive Engineers.

Since early 2000 we have employed and relocated engineers to Sweden from all over the world. We are certified by the Swedish Migration Board and have a well established process for bringing in You and Your family to Sweden with work & residence permit. During our nearly two decades in business we have a 100% completion and approval rate – every time and for every case. 

The Telescope staff of engineering consultants consists of software developers within the fields of security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Now we are looking for several engineers to join us in different positions in these areas

Position 1: SW engineer requirements:

• Strong C/C++
• Experienced in Computer Vision and/or Physics
• CUDA or GPU programming
• Fluency in English (German beneficial)
• Experience with OpenCV and/or PCL libraries is a huge advantage
• Algorithm development experience as plus
• Robotics and/or autonomous driving experience as plus
• HW design experience as plus (e.g. microcontrollers, FPGA, etc.)
• University level Math (understanding linear algebra)

Position 2: SW architect PHD candidate (Physics or Math):

• Knowledge in Computer Vision and/or Physics,
• Experience in optical triangulation system
• Matlab, Python.
• Algorithm development experience as plus
• Fluency in English (German beneficial)
• Good to have C/C++
• CUDA or GPU programming is an advantage
• Experience with OpenCV and/or PCL libraries is a huge advantage
• Robotics and/or autonomous driving experience as plus

Position 3: Test lead engineer:

• Embedded or/and Automotive SW testing experience
• Automotive SPICE experience
• Requirement management experience
• Ability to setup complete sensor testing process (Manual testing in the beginning)
• Experience in optics, photography or computer vision
• Planning skills (Test plan and test cases)
• Team leader skills
• Fluency in English (German beneficial)
• Good to have experience with Jenkins and Continuous Integration
• Experience with C/C++ unit tests writing is a plus
• Robotics and/or autonomous driving experience as plus
• Good to have experienced in electronics
• Team building skills

Responsibilities:

• Building a test environment (Process & environment)
• Support sensor development testing (Sensor data collection)
• Build development and demonstration vehicles
• Carry out demonstrations
• Support building test team to support growing test related activities

Position 4: Electronics HW engineer requirements:

• Experienced in electronics
• Experience to build PCB (PCB routing and low volume production)
• Basic embedded SW development knowledge (e.g. programming or debugging micro controllers)
• Fluency in English/German beneficial

Good to have:

• Lidar/Lasers development or Some of: Optics, cameras or MEMS mirror
• Automotive grade HW development
• Experience robotics, automation
• Direct digital synthesis (DDS)

Responsibilities:

• Researching and then finding best possible solution according to requirements
• Build and test lab prototypes
• Fault tracing and root cause analysis
