Cleaner (Nimruz, Afghanistan)

  Responsibilities as a Cleaner  Clean all the assigned locations departments, sections/rooms including corridor and stores Assist office in moves of furniture /equipment when required Dry regularly bed sheets, pillow covers, towels and mats Wash and repair the curtains, blankets, pillow covers and bed sheets when required Keep clean windows, doors, glasses and walls Clean the bathrooms every day or whenever required and ensure that toilet paper and soap is available in the toilets Assist drivers in loading and unloading of vehicles when requiredArrange/maintain the meeting room for any conferences being held in the office.Is responsible to fill the water tank of the compound.Should be present at least one hour before the office official working hours Respect the duty schedule assigned by the line manager Report the abnormal cases happening in the workshop to the line manager Inform the line manger about things that need to be repaired or maintained Prevent any person from outside, entering the office To inform the line manager on time when the codes of  items related to its department need to be repaired or need new codes To inform the line manger at least one week before when he wants to take annual leave  Other Responsibilities Is responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the cook in his absence. To participate in weekly or monthly meetings Keep a good relationship with the team Follow supervisor’s advice Any other tasks not mentioned in the terms of reference and based on the requisition/ requirements of the project should be fulfilled by the employee when requested by the EMT team and or Project Manager.
