General:
The purpose of this position is to facilitate the raising of the knowledge of community members through home to home visit and community engagement and conducting of the training on COVID-19 preventive measures and hygiene promotion and practices in Ghor (Saghar, Dolaina, Tolak, Taiwara, and Lal wa sarjangle) Farah (Anar Dara, Bala Bolok, Porchaman and Gulistan) and Badghis (Ab Kamari, Moqour and Qadis districts).
Job Description
The Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:
1. Developing weekly and monthly plan and following the planed tasks within the set timelines;
2. Conducting field visits and mapping of the most at risk area with close coordination of the office and the relevant official departments;
3. Support the line manager/team in development and designing of the awareness raising package through the planned mechanisms;
4. Organize and facilitate the raising knowledge of the targeted communities through home to home visit and community engagement on COVID-19 and hygiene.
5. Actively participate the in the beneficiaries’ identification and selection for Soap distribution.
6. Sensitize children, guardians/parents, and other stakeholders about child rights and responsibilities with a view to identifying child protection cases;
7. Attending the meetings and trainings planned by the office;
8. Draft and submit weekly and monthly update report to the line manager;
9. Other duties assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
1. High School graduated
2. Local candidates from the target province/districts apply only
3. 1-2 years’ experience in community mobilization and distributions;
4. Ability to deliver the sessions in a simple and systematic way
5. Good Communication, coordination, Negotiation skills
6. Good report writing and presentation skills
7. Ability to travel to different districts
