Consortium Reporting Manager (Kabul, Afghanistan)


Job Description

  • Ensure all teams (support, technical, programme) involved in the Consortium project activities are held accountable on their objectives pertaining to the Consortium project and alert the Programme Coordinator and the Programme Managers on issues faced. Ensure that Consortium project design matches with INTERSOS and Donor’s technical minimum standards. In coordination with MEAL Department and Technical Units, guarantee effective data collection and management, providing guidance and tools to all teams. Represent INTERSOS in front of the Consortium Partners Coordinate all teams in relevant Consortium Partners meeting Coordinate with relevant partners persons the audit responsible, spot check, or other type of control, and ensure respect of donor grants Award contract as well as Partnership agreement.

Background

Job Requirements

Previous experience in multisector programme coordination.

Previous experience and/or knowledge of donor compliance requirements is desiderable

English, Pashto and Dari skills are required.

Excellent knowledge of the field locations and community representatives is required.

Previous experience working for an international and national NGO is preferable.

Commitment to INTERSOS principles.

Comply with all relevant INTERSOS policies and procedures.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from senior managers in the field.

Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
