Data Enumerator (Kunar Laghman Nangarhar, Afghanistan)


Job Description

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY : 

    He/she will condut interviews (FGDs, KIIs, & Household interview) within the targeted districts of Nangarhar, Kunar & Laghman provinces.
    Liaise with community members and get family consent befor starting interview.
    He/she will fill relevant tools/forms in hard/Online and they will be conducting interviews with the families selected in the sample size.   
    He/she will collect accurat data into the forms/KOBO Collect. 
    By end of each working, he/she will re-varify the forms and ensure missing is not exist in the data. 
    He/she will enter data from hard documents into the excel tracking sheet. 
    Support his/her line supervisor in producing assessment daily report.
    Any other tasks assigned by the line manager

QUALIFICATIONS  
High Scholl, 14 Grade & University degree in development studies, social science, or any other relevant technical credential

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Essential
    Proven experience in the field of data collection with NGOs.
    Previous experience in field of disaster/emergency.
    Maturity and confidence in dealing with beneficiaries and communities.
    Excellent communication (both oral and written) in English and local languages, people skill for conflict resolution and negotiation;
    Computer proficiency, especially related to professional office software packages (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with KOBO tools;
