Job Description
In Kunduz, HI will start a 12-month intervention that aims to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs of vulnerable, displacement-affected households across the Province, adopting an inclusive lens to prioritize the needs of women, men, girls, and boys with disabilities, elders, and other highly vulnerable households. HI will ensure that highly vulnerable, marginalized displacement-affected men, women, boys, and girls with and without disabilities are supported through immediate MPCA, if feasible according to an initial feasibility study, as well as through the rehabilitation of community assets. HI will coordinate with partners on the ground to ensure a timely, needs-based response to the most urgent basic needs of IDPs, returnees, and host communities across Kunduz province. The response will be developed in close coordination with partners to ensure consistency in the type and timeline of the response, whilst filling potential gaps that may leave some of the key needs unmet. HI will focus on identifying and responding to the needs of vulnerable persons with disabilities, elder people, and their households, ensuring an adapted response. Job description:Engage with local communities and awareness about beneficiaries’ selection.Ensure high quality of survey within the project staff.Participate in the debriefings as needed.Ensure that data collection takes place according to plan, and based on the work plan designed.Participate with project staff in vulnerability assessment.Participate with project staff to establish community committees.Conducing home-to-home assessment to identify the eligible beneficiaries.Distribution of the initial beneficiaries list to the targeted district’s communities.Collect the initial beneficiaries list from target communities.Keep a daily record in a confidential and safe manner.
