- Identify EPI supplies and vaccines need on a proper time, request them to the relevant department (PEMT) and provincial office manager, and ensure timely supply to Service Delivery Points (SDPs) and CBOV teams
- Ensure initial training of the newly selected Community Based Outreach Vaccinators is conducted during the first month of the project
- Orient newly hired vaccinators on National EPI strategy and policy of MoPH
- Ensure vaccination session are conducted as per the planned SDPs determined for each CBOV
- Supervise all 10 teams every month, closely watch over the activities and output of vaccinators, and provide technical and operation support to the vaccinators
- Ensure all eligible children and women of child bearing age are timely vaccinated according to EPI schedule in the targeted SDPs
- Update the maps of the underserved and white areas i.e. determine the immunization service delivery points for outreach and CBOV separately, identify the mode of transportation for CBOV and to set immunization targets
- Participate in EPI coordination meetings at provincial and regional level and provide progress of the project to the EPI forums
- Supply of cold chain and vaccines based on a pre-determined schedule from nearest BPHS HF
- Ensure all underserved and white areas in the rural settings of the concerned provinces are covered through the outreach mobile immunization
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress, EPI statistical and ad-hoc reports
