ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop GBV training curriculum on GBV concept, PFA and safe referral
Develop training database to record all trainings
Translate training materials in local languages
Plan trainings
Coordinate training plans with related departments
ensure the availabilities of teaching aids, materials, and handouts before the start of workshop
Plan and coordinate training logistic preparation
Conduct / trainings on GBV concept, PFA and safe referral
Prepare trainings report
Supervise trainings conduct post follow up trainings after each training.

International Medical Corps (IMC) is a global humanitarian nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief programs. IMC is carrying out medical relief services in several provinces of Afghanistan.
Job Requirements
Graduated from a recognized university in social work, Gender, psychology, or relevant studies.
2- 4 years’ experience in the field of GBV and training on gender-based violence
Must have certificates from TOT programs
Must have Good communication and presentation skills.
Personal qualities: Works well in big teams and promotes teamwork, empathetic and shows commitment to end Gender-Based Violence.
Preference will be given to female candidates.
