Hospital Director (Kunduz, Afghanistan)


Main Responsibilities:

Leading of Management team of hospital at least calling management team meeting once a week and assurance of proper filing and records.
Participating in weekly procurement meeting and assurance of proper filing.
Participating in monthly PHCC meeting.
To make sure that all duty rosters are designed and available.
To make sure the 24 hour qualitative and quantitative service delivery especially with context of Mother and child health care.
Management of all in service training programs both at hospital and clinic level and facilitating the community midwifery program.
To make sure on time implementation of National Policies and guidelines of MoPH.
To make sure personal and environmental hygiene to the best of already set standards.
To make sure waste disposal according to National policies and guidelines. Hygiene to the best of already set standards.
To make sure the daily collection of in and out patients data.
To make sure that all expenditures are according to budget line.
To make sure that all input have been utilized and managed to the best of possibilities.
To make that reports have been submitted to Hospital supervisor on timely manners.
To make sure the aggregation of semiannual and annual reports.
Regular participation in morning report.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduated from recognized university as a Medical Doctor.
At least five years’ experience with two year in hospital management.
Good communication skills (written & spoken) of Pashto, Dari, and Basic English will be a strong advantage
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Able to work independently and under the stressful conditions.
Be an Afghan national.
