Job Summary:

Learning & Development Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to L&D Unit of HR department’s day to day activities as well as in areas of collecting and recording all relevant information from different branches/ departments. Filling training related documents, assisting in development of Job description, internship program, probationary period appraisal confirmation. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collecting of test papers from the training center and all other necessary documents for proper filing in archive. Providing administrative support to the L&D unit in day to day activities. Ensuring proper Archive management both in hard and soft copies, archiving of probationary period forms after completion and updating employee’s status in AZB HRMIS from probation to permanent in case of positive confirmation. Preparing the training material and resources before induction of internal and external trainings. Follow of pending L&D task with various stakeholders. Providing support for successful completion of internship program target of L&D. Checking of training evaluation test papers and recording the result in database. Taking attendance of on-going training program and provide necessary support for employees leaving to their job station after completion of training. Providing support for annual performance evaluation process. Assisting in collection of Training Need assessment (TNA) forms from involved stakeholders. Archiving and scanning of all training related files in supporting the team in this function. Responsibilities and duties of the position holder can be modified according to the needs and requirements of the organization and work.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferably HR
  • 1-year relevant experience in HR preferably in any large-scale organization
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Constructive confident attitude, excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Fast Learner & Team player.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in computer and hands on HR software.
  • Full command on both official languages of the country plus English.
