Preparing monthly attendance reports and share with respective department for further process on staff salary
Follow up with requirement plan according to assigned task from HR Officer
Follow up with Guard’s schedule duty and assigned guards in all compounds
Answering employee questions
Recruitment/New Hiring Process
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparing new employee files
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Keep all employee information confidential.
Colleting and preparing time sheets for/from staff
Follow all government regulations in regards to employment practices.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
At least 3 years work experience in HR field.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
