MISSION: TDCA is a world-class organization that strives to provide the “right” solution to our customers and prospects. Our Solutions Manager will seek to understand customer business drivers; matching those to TDCA’s technology, and clearly articulating complex solutions to existing and prospective customers. The position is fully accountable for delivering all aspects of projects related to Enterprise Solutions, as approved by the Senior Management Team (SMT). In developing the plans, the role consults with SMT and other stakeholders to ensure the plans take into account the needs of TDCA. This means acting as the subject matter expert for solution development, identifying new market opportunities, implement the projects won through the organization and ensure customer/client satisfaction. The ideal person needs to be a solutions focused, team oriented person who has the drive to meet objectives on time and make sound and well-reasoned judgments to solve complex problems. As the Manager for Enterprise Solutions you will be adept at defining solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of existing and prospective TDCA customers. You are a self-directed individual, capable of supporting sales activities, managing the customer relationship, assuming subject matter expert responsibilities when required and implementing projects using your skills in project management. It is important to keep in mind, that this is a high-pressure role where deadlines and bottom lines are the measure of success and heavy burdens of responsibility are the norm. The role oversees numerous projects from design, sales support, implementation and deployment of high availability solutions to support Enterprise customers with communication, applications and cloud solutions. The Manager will be required to collaborate with the technical leadership, system administrators, and business stakeholders to develop solutions that will meet operational goals for high availability, performance, stability, security and cost efficiency. The role will also be required to support development of proposals for new projects and implement project plans. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Subject Matter Expert resource for sales, partners and clients.Attend meetings with the sales & enterprise teams for requirement gathering.Development of customer proposals, design and delivery, ensuring all expertise, information and recommendations are concisely defined, while meeting TDCA’s quality control standards Compliance with pre-sales processes, including account activity tracking to drive business analysis and reporting.Manages project throughout the project lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and closure.Develops and maintains key project deliverables, project plans, communication plans and status reports.Support the post sales issue to resolution process working with Technical and other internal teams to achieve customer SLAs and satisfactionWork with technology/IT teams to design solutions and execute on approved plans.Ensure proper documentation is available at all levels of the solution lifescycleAbility to travel, both domestic and international.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecom / Computer Science or3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degreeTelecom / Computer Science SKILLS AND COMPETENCES 5+ years of relevant industry experience in software development, IT, security systems.Proven experience with Internet technologies including an understanding of Call Center, IVR, OBD, SMS Gateway implementationUnderstanding of the Core Banking System applications configuration and some experience in integrating the Core Banking System with third party applications like SWIFT, ECC, AML, etc. would be ideal.Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.Expert in MS Project, MS Office products and other related tools.Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)Should have knowledge of server 2008, Linux OS.Should have knowledge of PABX, IVR, OBD implementations.Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.Strong customer service orientation.
