Midwife- Emergency Mobile Team (Nangarhar, Afghanistan)

The overall purpose of this position to manage implementation of Reproductive health and IYCF activities of the Integrated mobile health and nutrition team in the selected districts of Nangarhar Province.

مسوليت هاي عمدهپذيرش خانم هاي حامله .تعقيب وضع صحي خانم هاي حامله در جريان حامله گي وبعد از ولادت و فاميلي پلاننگ.همكاري با خانم هاي حامله در قسمت ولادت شان .خانه پري نمودن كتا ب را جستر، تا لي شيت ستندردو را يه راپور در مورد فعاليت ها .بهبود بخشيد ن سطح دا نش و ا ستعدا د علمي و مسلكي .مشوره با داکتر.انجام وظایف اضافی (مربوط به خدمات مرکزصحی باشد) از طرف آمر مربوط تقاضا میگردد.تعقيم نمودن تمام وسايل طبي مربوط مرکز صحي.يکجاکارکردن با داکتر در موارد وخيم ، همکاري باداکتران در وا قعات عاجل وساير واقعات که لازم باشدترزيق نمودن ادويه مطابق به پروتوکول هاي استندرد.اندازه گيري میقیاسی مادران حامله و شیر ده بصورت منظم جهت دريافت واقعات سوتغذي .ارائه تعليمات صحي به مراجيعين .مراقبت منظم و دقيق از معالجة مريضان به اساس مسؤوليت وظيفوي،سهم گيري شايسته و فعال در آموزش ها و تريننگ هاي نرس قابله گي .انجام تمام وظايف ديگر که از طرف مقامات بالايي کلينيک تقاضا مي گردد ∙اداره نمودن جريان ورود مريضان (حق اوليت دادن به مريضان وخيم…).پاک نمودن سامان و لوازم معاينه . – سهم گيري فعال در سيمينار هاي آموزشي – سهم گيري در چهت بهبودي سيمينار هاي آموزشي ( ارايه پيشنهادات و تعيين بعضي عناوين) – عملي نمودن مواد شامل پروتوكول ها و سيمينار ها در جريان كارمعاينات قبل الولادتاخذ تاريخچه  دقيق و درست از وضع صحي و حالت حامله گي ومعاينه درست و د قيق فزيكي (معاينه عمومي ، معاينه بطن ، معاينه مهبلي در صورت ضرورت).ارایه نمودن خدمات قبل از ولادت به استناد پروتوكول هاي قبول شده.ارایه نمودن خدمات تغذیوی با مادران حامله و شیر ده مصاب سوی تغذی حاد متوسط و تعقیب نمودن تادوای بعدیچك نمودن كارت واكسين تيتانوس.وشناسايي مريضان حامله معروض به خطر.تجويز تداوي وقايوي به استناد پروتوكول هاي قبول شده.مراعات نمودن صلاحيت مسلكي در قسمت تجويز تداوي .تعيين نمودن تاريخ ملاقات بعدي و تشريح اهميت موضوع.ارايه نمودن تعليمات صحي نظربه وضع صحي خانم(درمواردكيت ولادت،معاينات بعد از ولادت،تغذي،واكسين وخطرات حامله گي)صحبت نمودن با خانم د رمورد ولادت (در كجا ، توسط كي ، چه قسم، با كدام لوازم؟).خانه پري نمودن كتاب راجستر و كارت صحي .معاينات بعد از ولادت – اخذ معلومات دقيق در مورد ولادت. – اجراي معاينات مكمل تا اگر كدام مشكلي باشد تشخيص گردد. – رجعت دادن به داكتر نسايي در صورت ضرورت. – مشوره هاي رهنمايي خانواده ( ايجاد فاصله بين ولادت ها) . – اخذ تاريخچه دقيق. – معاينه دقيق تا اگر كدام مضاد استطباب موجود باشد دريافت گردد. – اجازه شوهر خواسته شود. – در مورد راه هاي مختلف ايجاد فاصله بين ولادت ها با خا نم مشوره به عمل آيد. – در مورد ميتود تجويز شده آگاهي كامل داده شود. – كارت تعقيبيه و كتاب راجستر خانه پري گردد. – تاريخ ملاقات بعدي گفته شده و اهميت موضوع خاطر نشان گردد.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Essential

Graduated from midwifery institute
Have one-year experience

Desirable

Strong interpersonal and team skills, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to work alongside others under stressful conditions in conflict-prone situations
Effective self-organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
