Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of Program Manager, The Monitoring & Evaluation Expert will work for the ADALAT project, carrying the following responsibilities:
Key Performance Areas:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining as necessary, the project’s monitoring and evaluation system, tools, and procedures.
- Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output;
- understanding of the logical frame work and recommend further improvement ;
- Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results; and sustainability of the project’s results;
- Provide feedback to the Program Manager on project strategies and activities;
- Provide inputs, information and statistics for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, success stories and other reports to Project Management Team
- Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and supporting them in their use.
- Develop measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators
- Assist Program Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations;
- Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the project;
- Conduct surveys, develop survey questionnaires, survey concept notes and final reports
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Program Manager.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience of M&E. Experience of working with USAID will be an advantage.
Education:
- University degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, law, Shariah or any related disciplines.
Language Skills:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Pashto and Dari
