To provide eye care services in OPD and IPD of the hospital
To assist patients with eye conditions or diseases for vision exam and checkup.
To obtains information from each patient and performs a basic assessment, examination investigation and provide treatment with support of ophthalmologist
To assist ophthalmologist during eye surgery
To organize eye operation theater for operations.
assist the ophthalmologist with exams and procedures.
To provide education about eye care and help fit patients with eyeglasses, contacts, or other vision equipment.
Overall management of the free eye care camp at the province level.
Coordination with eye care department at central MoPH and Provincial health directorates at province level.
Preparing and submitting project monthly and quarterly report as well as provincial wise report at the end free eye medical camp in the provinces
To follow progress of patient admitted in ophthalmology department
To provide care to admitted patient in ophthalmology department
To organize and eye care pharmacy stack of eye department and provide drug request for eye care medicine and medical consumable
To provide daily, weekly and monthly consumption report of eye care medicine and medical items
Participate in training meeting upon request
To do night duty according to schedule
To perform other duties assigned by hospital admiration
