Participation in coordination meetings at the provincial level to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
Conducting protection monitoring of Persons of Concern (PoCs) in different situations by applying the community-based approach and using KOBOToolbox as a data collection tool.
Planning, organizing, implementing and reporting all field level activities at the provincial level to achieve the project targets.
Promoting and Maintaining good relations with stakeholders and communities at the provincial level.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Project Manager in compliance with the project description. Important Note: The duty station for this position is Kabul province but as per the need of the project. Field Monitor should be able to travel to different Provinces on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:Holding a Post Graduation or Bachelor Degree preferably in law and social science
Experience working with national or international NGOs preferably in the protection sector
Fluent in Dari and Pashto languages- intermediate knowledge of English Language (High level is a plus point)
Familiarity with KOBOToolbox is a plus point
