1. Bachelor Degree and 14th Graduate Or master holder in relevant fields.  

2. Language English, Pashto, Dari is required. 

 شرایط کاندیدهای پست معلمیحد اقل سند لیسانس از دانشگاه ها و موسسات تربیت معلم یا رشته های مرتبط با معلمی در مضمون مربوطه باشند.حد اقل دو سال تجربه تدریس در مضامین مربوطه را داشته باشند.شغل رسمی در ادارات دیگر نداشته بشند.با زبان انگلیسی اشنایی داشته باشند.با برنامه های کامپیوتر در بخش ورد- اکسل و پاورباینت و استفاده انترنت اشنای کامل داشته باشند.به تمام لوایح و مقررات اداری موسسه ارتقای ظرفیت لیسه عالی احمد شاه ابدالی متعد باشند

The ASA provides an outstanding world-class education for pre-school, kindergarten, primary and secondary students. Classes are taught in both English Dari and Pashto preparing students for English fluency. The curriculum emphasizes mathematics, science, language, art, and world affairs. To align our instructional materials and methods with rapidly evolving international standards, ASA uses the most up to date textbooks and technology equipment available. ASA instruction complies with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Education requirements and promotes and upholds Islamic values. • Teaching part-time in a day classes
• Be able to control student’s behavior in the classes while teaching 
• Providing required materials for students
• Recording all activities done during the teaching process
• Analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of the students
• Responding to the supervisor from daily progression 
• Evaluating the student every month and reporting
