Job Description:

Overall responsible for day-to-day management of Covid-19 (ERHSP) Project.
Ensures overall management, administration and supervision of the Covid-19 (ERHSP) Project in the province.
Maintains proper filing system for the project.
Represents the Organization and the project in meetings with PPHD, NGOs, UN agencies and other stakeholders in the province.
Ensures appropriate information from the field is provided for the project reports.
Ensures that active supportive supervision and monitoring is taking place regularly and as planned in the province and corrective actions are taken to address the identified problems and weaknesses.
Collaborates with other locally active agencies in the province to co-ordinate the health activities
Ensures that quarterly technical and financial reports of the project are informative, accurate and submitted on time.
Ensures that the Organization’s policies, guidelines and procedures are implemented appropriately in the province.
Ensures the project implementation is in compliance with organization, MOPH and donor requirements.
Ensures regular attendance in PHCC meetings and other important coordination meeting with stakeholders at the provincial level.
Ensures regular attendance in biannual program review workshops in Kabul.
Organize the Covid-19 intervention sites (Covid-19 Hospital, DC and RRTs) in the province according to the contractual requirements.
Recruits and dismisses staff of the health facilities according to the accepted criteria and SAF’s GEC.
Performs any other duty assigned by Management board of SAF.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Graduated From Recognized Medical University
Effective communication skills with fluency in English, Persian and Pashto 
At least 2 years of proven experience of working with NGOs in implementation of health and emergency projects.  
Strong building relationship skills with MOPH, PPHD, and health project implication organizer and stakeholders
High communication skills to establish relationship with body coordination’s 
Good in report writing and required computer skills (MS office)
Able to visit to districts in Jawzjan province
