Does SURI offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth £25 or more qualifies for free express shipping as long as its to a mainland UK address. Any orders under £25 will incur shipping fees of £2.70 per order (or £1.99 if your delivery is part of a toothbrush head subscription).
How does a SURI subscription work?
SURI customers can sign up for a regular delivery of toothbrush heads through the brand’s site to keep them supplied without having to keep placing new orders. You can choose to order two or more toothbrush heads to arrive every 6 months, with your choice of medium or soft bristles and a range of different colours. By opting for a subscription, you’ll also save 25% on the usual shipping fee, which drops to £1.99 per order.
Does SURI accept returns?
Yes, if you aren’t 100% happy with your products, SURI runs a 100-day money back guarantee on its electric toothbrushes, and a 30-day return policy on all other products. Items are eligible for refunds as long as they have not incurred damage from improper use. Note that you will need to cover the cost of any return shipping.

Shop the sales: SURI runs seasonal sales throughout the year, with the biggest savings around key holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday and the January sales. You can get as much as 15% off items from across their range.
Buy a brush bundle: If you’re in the market for two brushes, you can save 10% on the price of both with the brand’s brush bundle deal. 2) Your code will be revealed in a new tab – copy it to your clipboard for later.
3) Head to your old tab, which will now have loaded the SURI website.
4) Start shopping for the items you want to buy, adding them to your basket as you go.
