Job Description
Maintaining a proper record of inventory.
Maintaining a proper filing system (Contracts, invoices, logbooks)
Monitoring the movement and oil change of the vehicles and generators, tracking the usage of generators, and keeping the proper record of it.
Ensure provision of office facilities – desks, chairs, IT facilities, drinking water, etc.
To ensure that office equipment is working effectively & efficiently
Oversee maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
Writing and submitting official letters.
Attending the INSO and ACBAR meetings in the South region.
Responsible for monthly reporting to the Kabul office.
Maintaining cashbooks and cash.
Conducting cash counts (daily/weekly/monthly).
Preparing vouchers.
Financial documents filing.
Scanning and copying.
Background
DCA has been present in Afghanistan since 1988, focusing its interventions to herders and pastoralists communities’ resilience and enabling them to achieve long-term, inclusive and equitable development. DCA is currently implementing several livestock development and humanitarian program in 15 Provinces of Afghanistan. Job Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management / Business administration
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant professional experience in administration/operation positions
