Job Description

A: Objective

Securing university offers and visas for the students

B. Tasks:
B.1. Paper work including:

B.1.1. Submitting the applications to the universities.
B.1.2. Sorting and filing the documents for the universities and the embassies.
B.1.3. Preparing CVs, Motivation letters and etc.
B.1.4. Booking embassy appointment dates.

B.2. Creating blocked accounts.
B.3. Students’ documents evaluation.
B.4. Interviewing the prospective applicants.
B.5. Dealing with the original documents of the applicants.
B.6. Tracking the students’ application process until getting visa.
B.7. Keeping the database and other relevant lists up to date.

Job Requirements

Gender: Male Dari and Pashto are a must and English B2 Excellent Communication Skills Detailed attentive & Smart Bachelor’s Degree Experience at least 1 year Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
