CLTS Facilitator (Kandahar, Afghanistan)

Kandahar Refugee Organization (KRO) is a national level, non-political, non-profitable, non-governmental organization working for humanitarian and rehabilitation roots in Afghanistan. KRO is an Afghan organization that is committed to the development of the local economy and building local capacity for sustainable development.

The CLTS facilitator should be at least a high school graduate

Minimum of two-three of experience working with communities

Experience in hygiene and sanitation is preferred

Experience in working with community and community mobilization will be given the priority

Familiarity with cultures of different Afghan communities

Very good interpersonal communication skills

Ability to supervise personnel

Ability to speak in big gatherings and interact very smoothly and politely

The candidate should be very polite and patient

Skills to convince others

Must be able to communicate well in local language/s

The candidate must have the ability to work with people from different villages

Good team interaction and positive attitude

Note: For female candidates, the Requirements are as follows:

1-  Must have Medical background

2- Age above 30

3- Having Mahram while traveling to the field
