Cook آشپز (Takhar, Afghanistan)

Main duties and responsibility:

• Purchase fresh food items from the market on daily basis.خریداری مواد عذایی تازه از بازار بطور روز مره
• To ensure that the kitchen is washed and dusted on daily basisپاک کاریو شستشوی آشپزخانه بصورت روزمره
• Prepare and wash food in purified clean water and cook food in a hygienic mannerشستشوی مواد غذای با آب تصفیه شده و تهیه آن بگونه صحی
• To ensure that all cloths used for handling food is washed each day شستشوی لباس آشپزی، دسترخوان و سایر لوازم آشپزخانه به صورت روزمره 
• Ensure that the kitchen environment is clean and hygienic at all times پاک و صحی نگهداشتن محیط و ماحول آشپزخانه به صورت دوامدار 
• Ensure that all used crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned اطمینان حاصل کردن ازینکه همه ظروف ، کارد و پنجه و ظروف پخت و پز بعد از استفاده فوراً شسته شوند.
• To ensure that all water containers are filled in the residences while office cleaner is on leave.  پر نمودن تمام تانکر ها و ذخایر آب در محل بود وباش کارمندان در نبود صفا کار
• Confirm hands, body and clothes  are all washed and cleaned while entering the kitchenشستن دستان ، لباس کارآشپزخانه قبل از رفتن به آشپزخانه
• Be available to cook for other residences if needed during emergenciesآماده بودن  در صورت نیاز در مواقع اضطراری برای آشپزی برای سایر اقامتگاه ها
• Learn other types of cooking such as European or western styles and prepare food for International staff as needed.فرا گیری  انواع دیگری غذا ها به سبک اروپای وغربی و تهیه نمودن غذا برای کارمندان خارجی
• Report any problems that relate to the area to line managerگذارش دادن هر مشکل کاری به آمر مربوطه
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by Line manager. انجام سایر وظایف مربوطه که از طرف آمر تعین میگردد

Identity: Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. Currently, Concern has been working in Afghanistan since 1998, when it responded to an earthquake disaster in Takhar province.  Currently Concern has been working in Takhar, Badakhshan & Kunduz provinces undertaking both emergency response and long term developmental work in the areas of livelihood security, primary education and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. 

Qualification & Experience: شایستگی و تجربه

• Primary education or 12 class graduation is desirable  

داشتن تعلیمات ابتدایی و فراغت از صنف دوازده هم پسندیده است.

• 2/3 years previous relevant experience with INGOs                          تجربه با سازمان های غیر دولتی
• Familiarity to English language is desirable and counts an advantage.

دانش انگلیسی یک امتیاز خوب حساب می گرد.

•   Ability to speak read & write Dari.                         توانایی صحبت ، خواندن ونوشتن دری.
