Job Description

Job Description:The Cook will be responsible for a wide range of cook responsibilities, The Cook will work under the direct supervision of Admin/HR and report to Project Administration & HR Officer or his/her designate. The Cook has the authority and the obligation to question and refer the Administration & HR Officer any activity that does not appear to be in accordance with office policy, guidelines or standards. The term of assignment, subject to satisfactory performance. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To clean the kitchen on daily basis. be very hygienic in cooking the food To provide tea and coffee to each room on daily basis Ensure cleaning the glasses and kitchen equipments in a good manner To provide food according the menu made by Admin & HR department To assist the cleaner in cleaning the glasses on daily basis. perform any other duties as required or assigned by Admin & HR department Do related job as delegated by the administration. To prepare meal on official and nonofficial days for the related office staff To distribute the meal on time and in a proper and organised manner To keep the kitchen and kitchen utensils always washed and cleaned To change the meal type on daily basis especially during the summer when different kinds of vegetables are available Prepare and serve daily tea, water as required. Keep the kitchen and cooking utensils clean Able to pick gas cylinder. Able to pick 18 liter water bottle. Able to purchase in bring raw material from market to office/ guesthouse

At least graduate from 12th High School Excellent communication skills Dari, Pashto,Uzbek. At least Two year working experience in the same field. Honest and trustworthy.
