Presenting useful and beneficial consultations to the speaker of the lower house for implementation and realization of the related work plans
Studying, investigating and scrutinizing the MPs’ and the governments bills regarding the cultural affairs and presenting useful advices to the related chairperson
Proposing scientific bills and presenting inclusive advices about the cultural affairs to the related chairperson for removal of the barriers
Preparing and arranging the needed national and international documents about the issues regarding the cultural affairs in order to implement, compare and share the results with the speaker of the lower house when requested or needed
Obtaining additive information about the related vocation in order to deliver vocational and professional responses to the inquiries of the members of lower house about the cultural affairs
Delivering beneficial and useful information about implementation and comparison of the received drafts with international and national regulations to the related chairperson
Preparing and delivering the drafts of the statements and vocational information about different occasions of the cultural affairs to the related chairperson
Explaining and clarifying the international and national documents about cultural affairs
Executive and Management Duties of the Position:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual duties’ plan of the related section in accordance with the general planning of the directorate for reaching the specified objectives of the administration
Attending to the special and exclusive commissions and assisting the members, and also presenting useful and constructive advices to the speaker and members of the setting when needed/requested
Having active participation in preparing the drafts by the MPs for increasing the vocational capacities to deliver professional and useful advices to related chairperson when needed/ requested
Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual duties’ report from the executed deeds to the related in-charge
Execution of other duties which is submitted by the authorities according to the laws, regulations and objectives of the administration
Coordination Duties of the Position:
Managing relationship and coordination among different administrations in order to meet the requirements and technical issues in the related sections; and also actively using from exchanging the experience

Job Requirements
at least bachelor’s degree from one the following fields: Journalism, social science, law and political science/ international relations and other similar fields. Higher degrees in the above-mentioned fields or other related fields of the position from national and international institutes would be preferred.
Job Experience: related experience and having at least 3 years’ experience in the related field
Necessary skills: Fluent in one of the official languages (Dari or Pashto) , familiarity in writing and speaking English language
