Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
This position is to support female fresh graduates with getting the needed experience and skills in education sector programming including but not limited to early childhood care and development (ECCD), Education in Emergencies (EiE), Community Based Education (CBE) and Teaching Improvement. The incumbent will get capacity and experience in order to grow and develop her skills in terms of career and increase her opportunities for being hired in the future.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Closely work and learn with education sector team (education sector lead, associate sector lead, national education officers (EMIS, Community Change, and Teaching Improvement) education activities in the national level Take part and learn on coordination with zonal education teams, dealing with support functions and with other sectors Support education associate sector lead with processing needed paperwork with finance, HR, procurement, and admin. Participate in any workshop and training assigned by the sector lead. Conduct field visits to Kabul, Ghor, and Badghis when asked. Take part in teacher training and perform assigned duties when asked. Any other tasks assigned by the education sector lead.

Job Requirements
Minimum education and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
- 14th and or bachelor from any social science (education, economics, social science, Farsi/Pashto literature, and psychology) Applications must have a minimum of 75% average of scoring during four academic years. Applicants must be graduated of any 2019 and 2020 academic years.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Have the ability to work with Microsoft Office packages specifically word, excel and powerpoint. ICDL Certification is an advantage
