Job Description
To conduct and facilitate the training to nutrition officers, midwives, nurses, nutrition supervisor, and exist health facility staffs on prevention, detection of SAM, bilateral referral system, Home Based Treatment in the first phase of the program and in the second phase on Community Based Management of SAM.
Preparing and developing action and training plans for training activities.
Preparing required useful training aids and materials.
Conducting training according to the plan to enhance the knowledge, skills, and behavior of staff.
Monitor field teams related to training activities, and assess and report on progress to supervisor.
Preparing and compiling the training activity report submission to the project manager in a timely manner.
Maintaining proper records of the capacity development/training documents Identify and report immediately any problem which interferes in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/ her immediate supervisor.
Provide monthly base feedbacks to Project and provincial manager.
To undertake other tasks/responsibilities as requested by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
The successful applicants will need to address the following criteria:
University degree in Nursing, Health Nutrition or other relevant fields
3 years’ experience in capacity-building activities, especially the nutrition field.
Fluent in written and spoken Dari, Pashto, and local languages.
Ability to use a computer and have knowledge in MS office.
Have the ability written and spoken the English language
Computer Programming skill (Basic Programs).
Experience in nutrition programs.
Ability to develop training materials.
Self-motivated.
Excellent team working ability.
Having sound knowledge of Faryab province and districts.
