Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstration sound behavior with MS Ladies team
Arranging daily, weekly and month progressive reports to MSIA MS Ladies team
Establish good behavior with community elders to smooth the working process of MS Ladies team
Control and Supervision of MS Ladies Team in the community
Provide necessary advise and Technical assistance to MS Ladies team
Coordinate MS Ladies team challenges/ problem with sales team in charge.
Make sure that MS ladies are strictly follow all MSIA clinical standards for any medical procedure they perform in mobile units.
Responsible to check and control that MS Ladies have sufficient stock to carry with themselves daily.
Make Sure that Infection prevention of mobile units are maintained that MS Ladies could be able to  perform the procedures.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to sales team channel leader.
Review MS Ladies targets and provide them advices if required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by line supervisor

Our focus is to reduce maternal mortality by providing quality and sustainable MCH/RH services and information in 7 Provinces in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health, Afghanistan.

The primary responsibility of this role is to further MSI Afghanistan mission of ensuring the individual’s right to: CHILDREN BY CHOICE NOT CHANCE

Job Requirements:

2-3 years, preferably with Health Providing NGOs

Diploma in midwifery

Demonstrated understanding of health system context and medical market (or similar) in Afghanistan.

High level of written and oral communications skills in Dari and English, with a confident and professional manner.

Proven ability to effectively work across teams and with support teams outside Afghanistan
