The Project manager will work under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager He is responsible for the overall management of the project, monitoring and supervision, processing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data concerning the activities, Preparing Project work plans, detailed curriculum for training, recording and improving the outcomes of activities, provision of Daily, weekly, monthly, quarter and final reports.

Responsible to implement programs/Projects according to policies, plans, and budgets.To ensure inclusion of key Sector partners for the clusters, respecting their respective mandates and program prioritiesTo coordinate and cooperate with national, local authorities local community, and other relevant actorsTo ensure utilization of participatory and community-based approaches in the clusters needs assessment, analysis, planning, monitoring, and responseTo ensure adequate monitoring mechanisms are in place to review impacts of the projectTo make sure work must be carried out in accordance with RRAA’s general policies and rules.The PM reports directly to the RM, Donor agency and has the overall responsibility for all activities in his/her projectBeing responsible to implement Projects according to policies, plans, and budgets.To take initiatives to further improve all documentation related to his/her projectTo prepare and submit the daily, weekly monthly, and final reports and comments on any deviation during the project implementationTo supervise all activities of the project staff working under his/her assignmentTo identify and set up local supply sources for needed materials.Ensure correct use and maintenance of all equipment used in the project.To clarify all accounts by the end of each month.To supervise the work by directly taking part in the fieldwork.To ensure proper and correct distribution of tools, materials, etc. to all beneficiaries and ensure proper training is held.To have regular field visits from targeted districtsTo supervise monitoring and assistance routines for existing beneficiaries.To cooperate closely with community representatives in deciding community priorities. To establish a good working environment with project staff and other actors in the field To participate in stakeholders coordination meetings and representing RRAA And to carry out other tasks assigned by Regional Manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, project management, and veterinary Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills3 years of experience in the field of Projects and program managementThe ability of writing and understanding English, Dari, and local languagesThe ability to write narrative and statistical project reportsTravel to Andkhoy, Khan Charbagh, and Qorghan districtsGood supervisory and computers skills
