Presenting beneficial and useful advices to the commission of defense affairs on how to welcome and escort  the national and international  high ranking or low ranking official and non-official guests 
Giving helpful advices to the commission of defense affairs  on how to prepare and what kind of gifts and the way of presenting them to the invited international and national official and non-official guests 
Giving advices to the related commission on how to decorate meeting office and dining hall for the official and non-official guests
Providing constructive and helpful advices about the prepared issues which are given to him/her in order to be presented in the seminars, gatherings and official and non-official parties nationally and internationally
Giving advices to the commission about etiquette , culture, customs of protocol nationally and internationally
Providing essential and important letter of tips to the chairperson of the related commission in accordance to the rules of protocol for different occasions
Giving sound advices to the chairperson and members of the commission of defense affairs about how to install the flags of the guest countries and the flag of the government of Afghanistan in the meeting places; giving advices to the related commission on how to arrange the chairs and tables for meetings of foreign and internal guests in the meetings place or related office 
Presenting advices and giving sound and constructive advices to the chairperson of the related commission on way of sitting on the chair according to the rules of the protocol during international and national official and non-official meetings
Giving opinions and presenting good advices to the commission of defense affairs about the prepared agendas in order to meet the national and international official and non-official guests

 

 

 

Executive and Management Duties of the Position:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual duties’ plan of the related section in accordance with the general planning of the directorate for reaching the specified objectives of the administration
Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual  duties’ report from the executed deeds to the chairperson of the related commission
Execution of other duties which is submitted by the authorities according to the laws, regulations and objectives of the administration

National & International Advisor Recruitment Unit Ministry of Economy (MOEC) of the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan seeks to hire a qualified individual consultant to provide consultancy services in the required fields and work closely with relevant directorates and departments and provide a detail report of day to day activities directly to Commission of Internal Affairs & National Security   of Wolisi Jirga (Parliament).

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education Field: at least bachelor’s degree/ graduation certificate in management protocol from national and international institutions or having bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Law, Political Science, international relations or education.  Higher degrees in the other related fields of the position from national and international institutes would be preferred.
Job Experience: at least 3 years’ related experience for bachelor’s degree and 3 years for master’s degree and one year for PHD from national and international institutions
Necessary skills: Fluent in one of the official languages (Dari or Pashto) , familiarity in writing and speaking English language and know the computer programs relating to the mentioned designation

or other relevant degree.
