  • Oversee and ensure the fidelity of technical program delivery in field locations across ECW Implementing Partners    Oversee and Implement established norms and standards for technical achievements across ECW Implementing Partners Conduct regular meetings with Implementing Partner technical staff to assure standardization of technical delivery approaches on timely manner Conduct regular field visits to provincial and district level program locations of Implementing Partners to assure fidelity and standardization of technical delivery approaches Monitor the technical delivery of project activities in the field and prepare the monitoring report Based on monitoring reports, proactively initiate technical corrective actions, and provide corrective feedback, in accordance with Technical Specialists and the Project Director, for implementing partners  Actively take part in cascade training activities and assessments processes for IPs Provide direct technical support for IPs and TP technical staff in the field Undertake regular quality control on program activities,  data collection and analysis of data and information Assist and contribute to the quality control and technical standardization of training materials/ modules/manuals for project related training and education. Assure timely delivery of technical resources and materials to IPs and provincial-level locations Responsible for all field related TP reporting on partner implementation, fidelity, and quality control Report field activities on regular basis Assist provincial manager responsibility in absence of provincial managers Perform any other required project-related task Provide technical support to the education team in meeting the ECW project deliverables Coordinate directly with the other Technical team members for technical standardization, delivery and alignment Attend forums and meetings of the project and the CBE/EiE WG meetings overall in filed Coordination with Stakeholders and IPs Attend and participate in trainings identified/organized by your supervisor Abide by IRC personnel policies and regulations; follow any new procedures and guidelines introduced in circulars from Country Office

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Literature or relevant 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field Excellent Dari and Pashto and English Strong training and on-the-job support skills. Self-motivated, possessing persuasion skills, ability to maintain relationship and able to work on own initiative.
