Site Engineer (Kabul, Afghanistan)

• The site engineer should possess basic knowledge about the practical construction procedures in site, along with the details of how they are planned. This idea of planning and coordination will help him to have proper execution of the activities in the site with desired performance.
• The responsibilities of a site engineer are wide as he must provide sufficient advice and supervision when there are any technical issues, or for proper management and for the preparation of day to day reports of the construction works.
• Providing daily site report.
• Providing daily work plan.
• Managing manpower.

Tablieh and Prhoon Tarh joint venture has established in Afghanistan since 2010, for construction of Shah Wa Arus RCC Dam and Hydropower project in north of the Kabul, and also for implement, design of many other projects in Afghanistan. 

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering, MSc will be preferred.
• Must have Minimum of Seven (5) years of experience as Engineer in construction projects.
• Full ability on USACE system.
• Must have required knowledge of concrete technology.
• Quality control testing and inspection experience for construction project.
• Management of a quality control program for a heavy similar construction projects.
• Strong written and fluent verbal communication skills in Dari and English.
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, engineering staff, consultants and owner’s representatives.
• Ability to coordinate and manage inspection staff and inspection and testing subcontractors.
• Ability to record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Control Program.
• Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
