Job Description
Job Summary:
The Technical Lead shall serve as a direct liaison to function process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned areas of project and maintenance work. The Technical Lead is responsible for translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the design specifications, and support the business in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes.
Description of Duties:
The Technical Lead determines project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
He shall coordinates with team member and clients to ensure projects are completed to the standard.
The incumbent Identifies risks and makes contingency plans as soon as possible.
Technical Lead prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
He shall be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Technical Lead analyze existing operations and schedules training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

Job Requirements
Educational and Experience Requirements:
The Technical Lead shall have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the areas described, as well as in the field of Information Technology (IT).
Bachelor’s degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering or a degree with similar focus.
Required Skills:
Ability to work with all types of individuals in a stressful environment for long periods of time.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
